Who is Eligible?
- Individuals with developmental delays significantly below peers of the same age.
- Windham County, Vermont or Cheshire County, New Hampshire residents.
- Those unable to obtain sufficient funding from other sources.
- Funding is not currently the obligation of a public school, a social service agency or an insurance policy.
